Wonderful. Rick was as unique as the get. This tribute makes me miss him more than I say. I'm just happy to have been able to call him friend.

I've just learned of Rick's passing from our mutual friend, John McGraw, who directed me to this site. Thank you so much for putting this up -- as Rick would have said, "it's wonderful" -- with that particular emphasis on the word "wonderful" that only Rick had. I can just hear Ricks intonation and voice in the quotes you have of him on the site. The pictures made me smile, laugh and cry. I'm amazed you have so many photos of him -- he was such a modest, unassuming guy. You must have had a very special bond. One thing that would be nice is to know the dates the photos on the site were taken. I have a couple of photos of him from 1999 when I visited him for more than a week at his house in Redmond -- he was at the Bosendorfer, of course. Once I get them scanned, I'll send them to you if you like.
